The all-in-one screw making machine is imported from Germany. From wire input, wire cutting, heading, to threading, all processes can be done in the different stations on the same machine. The wire diameter for regular production is from 8.0 mm to 12.0 mm, and the production range of screw length is from 160 mm to 600 mm (depending on the head type).

There are 4 regular staffing operators in this section, responsible for the manufacture of long building screws. The monthly production capacity is about 60 tons.

This section has 6 sets of thread rolling machines, all are 7/8". The production range of thread length is from 120 mm to 300 mm. We have various basic thread types from all over the world, such as Type A, B, AB, Machine 2S, SS, CS, and CB thread. We can also customize specific thread types for clients according to the building materials.

There are about 12 regular staffing operators in this section, responsible for the threading of long screws. The monthly production capacity varies with the type and quantity of screws, which is about 100 tons.

There are 3 sets of heading machines: 3/8x16”, 1/2x8” and 1/2x12”. The wire diameter for regular production is from 6.0 mm to 12.0 mm, and the production range of screw length is from 80 mm to 400 mm. There are 3 regular staffing operators in this section, responsible for the heading of long building screws. The monthly production capacity is about 100 tons.

This section has 3 sets of drilling machines, which can be applied to the screws with a length range from 160 mm to 600 mm. We have drill sizes from minimum of ＃5 to maximum of #7, and also our patented S500 drill. There is 1 regular staffing operator in this section, responsible for the drilling of the whole factory’s long carbon steel and stainless steel screws. The monthly production capacity is about 30 tons.
